WARRANTY /CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS
The Stevens warranty period of 12 months will still stand and be honoured by HD UK Trade.
To make a claim, please continue to use our Stevens contact number of 01356 625111 or email enquiries@stevensscotland.co.uk
Where possible, we will replace any like for the like faulty products. For any products we cannot directly replace, an alternative will be suggested. If no suitable, a credit will be offered.
ACCOUNT/STATEMENT QUERIES
For any account or statement queries, please continue to email accounts@stevensscotland.co.uk
Standard payment terms will continue to apply. We will issue a year end statement to all relevant customers. You will continue to have access to view your invoices on the portal.
